1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TypePilot (the "Service", "App", or "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. The Service

TypePilot provides an intelligent AI keyboard for Android devices and an associated web dashboard. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as daily, weekly, monthly or annually).

• A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription.
• You shall provide TypePilot with accurate and complete billing information.
• If automatic billing fails or does not occur for any reason, TypePilot will issue an electronic invoice to your account email, demanding immediate payment.

4. Acceptable Use

Our AI models utilize powerful language technology. You agree not to use the Service in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity, including but not limited to:

• Generating malicious code, hate speech, or explicit content.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer our proprietary Android Input Method software.
• Bypassing or manipulating our credit and usage-tracking backend.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TypePilot, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Developer Edition License

Users who purchase the 'Developer Edition' lifetime license are granted a single-user commercial license to utilize their own backend credentials (API Keys) within the TypePilot app ecosystem. Reselling or distributing the Developer Edition APK is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate API Key bans and account termination.
